Accessing Your Accounts Online

Setting up online account access (Charles Schwab accounts on the Schwab.com website):
  1. Go to the 'My Account' link in the upper right section of the CWM website
  2. Click the 'Charles Schwab Account' link
  3. Click on 'New User'
  4. Enter the requested information in the fields provided (call CWM at (425) 778-6160 or (800) 268-2440 for your account numbers) and click 'Continue'
  5. At this point, you will be asked to verify one of the holdings in your account. Scroll down and check the 'None of the Above' box and click 'Continue'
  6. Create your account nicknames (if you desire) and select which account you would like to have listed as your 'Primary Account' (the account that shows up first when you log in); click 'Continue'
  7. Create your User ID & PASSWORD as well as your Security Question in case you forget your PASSWORD and then click 'Continue'
  8. Confirm account set up by clicking 'Continue'
  9. Page down and click 'I Agree' to the Electronic Services Agreement
  10. Scroll down to line item #2 and check the first button 'Based on the information above, I am a Non-Professional Subscriber' then click 'I Agree' at the bottom of the page
  11. Check the 'Enroll ALL Eligible Accounts' box for Paperless Delivery
  12. Click 'Continue' several more times until the system prompts you that you are finished
  13. See below for more important information regarding delivery preferences

Important Note: CWM does not have access to reset your password. If at any point you are locked out of the system, you will need to call Schwab's Customer Service at (800) 515-2157 and follow their prompts. For general questions, please don't hesitate to give us a call at (425) 778-6160 or toll free at (800) 268-2440.

To sign up for E-document delivery (Recommended):
  1. Using the Login ID and Password created above you may update your delivery preferences for your accounts by selecting the 'My Account' link in the upper right section of the CWM website
  2. Click the 'Charles Schwab Account' link
  3. Enter your individual Login ID and Password
  4. Select the 'Service' tab
  5. Click on the 'Account Settings' tab
  6. Select 'Alert Preferences'
  7. Select the arrow next to 'eStatements, eConfirms, and Shareholder Materials'
  8. Click the box at the top of each section and hit 'Next'
  9. Your delivery preferences have been successfully updated
Setting up ClientView online account access (for all investment accounts):
  1. E-mail Shilo Lockett at ShiloL@ComprehensiveWealth.com or call 425-778-6160 to request ClientView access
  2. After receiving a username and temporary password from CWM, go to the 'My Account' link in the upper right section of the CWM website
  3. Click the 'ClientView' link
  4. Enter the e-mail address that has been set up as your user name and your temporary password and click "Login"
  5. You will be asked to create a new password. Enter the new password in both boxes and click "Okay" (Note: Password must be 8 characters and contain at least 1 letter and 1 number)
  6. Welcome to ClientView! If you should ever forget your password, you can reset it by clicking on the forgot password link on the login screen.
