Our passion for pursuing and supporting education and entrepreneurship has come together in one great community program. Their mission is to provide management training workshops and coaching programs for local small businesses in order to help owners and employees improve their companies from within. (Since 2004)

Prior to her official position on the board she worked with the organization to setup and sponsor the annual Running of the Balls fundraising event. (Since 2008)

IslandWood – Lynnwood Intermediate School

IslandWood is a unique 255-acre outdoor learning center designed to provide exceptional learning experiences and to inspire lifelong environmental and community stewardship. CWM has supported Lynnwood Intermediate over the past several years by subsidizing camp costs to make the enrollment fees more manageable for students and their families. Students participate in experiential and project-based fieldwork that appeals to many different learning styles and interests. Using the cultural and natural environment as a context, Islandwood's programs integrate scientific inquiry, technology, and the arts. (Since 2006)

PAWSwalk Sponsor – Progressive Animal Welfare Society (PAWS)

In addition to the two legged members of our community, every CWM team member shares a devotion for the furry four-legged members of our families. Each year we eagerly anticipate the (usually sunny) PAWSwalk where thousands of avid animal lovers and their dogs walk to raise funds in support of PAWS, a nationally recognized leader in rehabilitating injured and orphaned wildlife, sheltering and adopting homeless pets, and educating people on how to make the world a better place for both humans and animals. (Since 2009)

Member and Corporate Sponsor – Bellevue Arts Museum (BAM)

CWM is proud to be a member and corporate sponsor of the Bellevue Arts Museum. We believe that supporting the art community is vital in sustaining cultural integrity, visual language, and legacies of Northwest artists. Through this commitment we help to ensure that these artists have a place to explore and share their art, craft, and passion.

Member – BYU Management Society

Kris’s interest in business development and previous experience with BYU led him to join the Seattle Chapter of the BYUMS, which is affiliated with BYU Marriot School of Management and brings together people who desire to broaden interpersonal relationships, advance their careers, and establish a deeper connection to the business community through rendering meaningful service to individuals and organizations.

Premier Sponsor – Edmonds Community College Golf Tournament
